Went out with DWB for a lovely six-mile stroll yesterday.

Winner with a sticker.

I’m embarrassed to say that up until now, I hadn’t done a single charity walk in my adult life. Seems wrong, doesn’t it? Seems very non-Bay Area. I really enjoyed the entire walk. Though not a typical distance I cover in a day, it was good exercise and just the right amount of it.

According to AIDS Walk statistics, yesterday there were 25,000 walkers (not including canines, of which there were many – and many big ones [some of which will be appearing in Big Dog Blog shortly], too!), and we collectively raised $3,011,245 for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.
