Lil Wayne swings for the Asian Persuasion.

The biggest news rocking Bossip this week is that Lil Wayne’s latest baby mama is Asian. Half Chinese and Half Vietnamese, “Sarah B” is fondly described as “a nail technician who splits her time between the pedicure tub and banging celebrities.” (When I first read “Sarah B,” I thought, “Sarah Bareilles?” Obviously not.)
Some of the readers at Bossip aren’t having none of that, though, child. Says one dasweetist7:

Could it be? This Black woman feels threatened by an Asian non-sista? I find this reaction amusing. There’s an interesting mentality among men and women of minority races and how they perceive interracial relationships. Some Asian guys think White men are stealing “their” girls. Dasweetist7 thinks Black men are being brainwashed into dating Asians, not Blacks. It’s a funny gut reaction if you think about it, similar to when you feel an instant aversion to your ex’s new significant other.
The Korean-Black relationship has always been an interesting study, specifically because of the history of Koreans and Blacks in Los Angeles. It’s something else to see a Black Asian relationship in the national spotlight, now, and with someone who is at the top of his game in the vocorder rap industry.
So what does this AZN girl look like? When she’s not doing people’s nails, she a ho.

I think you missed the point of the tongue-and-cheek tone here, but I do appreciate your open criticism.
Racist, YES! My perspective is that I view the author to be an African American female, who has a negative attitude of narrow-mindedness & intolerance to Asian females in particular. I believe the author is implying when she says “That child will be half hot, half ugly,” that Lil Wayne produces the “half hot” and Sarah B., the “half ugly.” Also, the main article image is of Sarah B. in lingerie, which was used particularly in this article to demean the image of Sarah B., who is btw a lingerie model. Just because someone is a lingerie model, does not mean they are a “hoe.” Furthermore, the idealogical notion that Asian men think White men are stealing Asian girls, & Black men are being brainwashed into dating Asian women, is honestly the fact that it is their preference. Being that it was just my opinion, I must say, Asian girls have that Asian persuasion going on & more!
P.S. Someone tell the author to get her facts straight & to use credible sources! lol
Thanks, James, I’m an American Born Chinese (Hell yeah, we have Asian Persuasion!) and don’t take Lil Wayne’s tabloid gossip seriously. It’s just that: tabloid gossip, and though I don’t seek out that information, it’s usually a guarantee for a couple chuckles.
Also: FYI: My opinion is Lil Wayne is fugly.

Nowhere in the article does she say anything derogatory towards any race. Of course she states her opinions of specific people but that’s all it is, her opinions about one specific female and one specific male rap artist.
