Geeks and nerds everywhere are really into historical figures of ol’. (As opposed to historical figures of new.) This is a tale of
Pirates versus Zombies
For the last couple of weeks, local Web companies Instructables and Three Rings have been duking it out as pirates and zombies. It started off with Instructables feeling threatened by Three Rings’ “most dangerously awesome” office. They shifted shapes into pirates and unleashed upon Three Rings.
Of course Three Rings couldn’t just sit there and not respond. In a nod to their most popular Whirled game, Corpse Craft, Three Rings took to the streets as zombies – And not just any zombies, Victorian zombies. Because Victorian zombies are the most respectable zombies of all.
And then they rode the carousel and stole Instructables’ robot mascot.
Personally, I think someone needs to add a little ninja flavor to this little row. It could be like a Sharks-Jets-Something Else Triad Rumble!
O, San Francisco…

That’s fun. We should do that at my job. Except I would be a ninja.
Good! I think ninjas would really spice up the mix.
It WAS fun!
